Behind-The-Scenes

Last week I´ve shot the first part of my sci-fi drama "House In The Woods" (working title). We had 5 wonderful shooting days in the Eifel at a great location in the middle of nature on top of a hill. You can watch now some behind-the-scenes pics.

We were a very little team, but if you have such amazing people supporting you, it is enough to create something great.Glad I could work with such an international team coming originally from Ukraine, Iran, the Philippines, Korea, and of course Armenia/Germany. Many talents from all over the world.

New Project

My current project "House In The Woods" is a 35 min long Sci-Fi drama which will be produced this year.
The story evolves around a scientist who develops a time capsule to keep his beloved and deadly ill wife alive without her being aware of her imprisonment in the „immortal“ house. But how long can you live without freedom?

We are in pre-prodction and plan to start shooting in September.  READ MORE ...

The Briefcase

For the 7th time in a raw I participated at the Austrian film competition INSTANT36 where I made the short drama "The Briefcase" ("Der Aktenkoffer") within just 36 hours and a very small crew & cast.
This year the competition celebrates it´s 15th anniversary and the subject chosen by the team was:
Time has no space in our world.

The final result will be available on my website end of this month.

Just Married

For the very first time I participated at the Filmfest Bremen short film competition Klappe!, where I had to make a film in just 48 hours given a subject.

You can watch now my submission "Just Married",
a 3 min comedy about marriage.

Animation

This July my first animation film "Apples & Bananas" will come out which I have made together with the animator Lars Seiffert.
Inspired by the current Corona situation the story takes place in a supermarket where a man falls in love with an unknown woman. If only the grumpy granny wouldn´t always cross his way...

Jimmy Loves You

Our 19 min black comedy that we have shot this May during the lockdown, evolves around Elli a young woman staying alone at her parent´s house, her obsessive boyfriend Jim whom she keeps in touch with via phone and a cute little robot named Jimmy who turns out to be a spy on a private mission.

The film will be available end of this July.
